 Fellow sportsman, thank you for showing interest in Antlers Extreme Outfitters. We outfit in beautiful northwest Colorado, the elk & deer capitol of the world. We specialize in mule deer and antelope; there is also an abundant amount of elk during the migration. We hunt rolling hills and cullies of sagebrush with alfalfa feeding grounds surrounding bedding areas. All property is owned or leased by Antlers Extreme Outfitters. Most hunts are guided or we will put you in a very comfortable ground blind. These blinds are located in prime areas where the animals are known to move. This is a full care hunt.
Mule Deer: We are hunting some of the best areas in northwest Colorado. Our bucks are second to none, and are getting bigger every year. Our numbers are at an all time high because we try to harvest only mature bucks, 4 x 4 or better as we have had 100% opportunity the last few years. Please feel free to contact any of our references (list available upon request), as they will be happy to tell you of their wonderful hunting experience and why they keep coming back.
Elk Hunting: The elk are migratory, but we have a resident herd. There are usually good numbers of elk moving through the property, the best time is the third and forth seasons. We also offer a late cow hunt, the entire month of November. This tag can usually be bought over the counter, as well as second and third season bull elk tags.
Antelope: We hunt over watering holes, and also spot and stalk. We have large numbers of antelope with very good bucks and the herds are continuing to grow. So, if you are looking for a quality pronghorn hunt we have them, either archery or rifle. Come and have some fun.
Archery Hunters: We are expanding into the bow-hunting world, as this seems to be growing in popularity each year. We are confident in our Guide’s knowledge of animal movement, and that this can be a very exciting and productive time to take a trophy mule deer or pronghorn. The weather will be great that time of year. So give us a try, you will not be disappointed. Our hunts will be spot and stalk, and blind hunting over the many watering holes on the ranch.
Accommodations: We have a large bunkhouse to accommodate groups up to 12 people. Some accommodations may include wall tents. Our great cooks will provide two hot meals a day and a bag lunch for mid day break. All transportation to the hunting areas will be trucks, OHV, or by foot.
The nearest airport is Steamboat/Hayden; we will pick you up when you arrive and return you prior to your flight.
